Taking into account past conference feedback, this year’s goal is to inspire innkeepers to reach out to each other, learn from each other, support each other and make connections. WBBA CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY - Should a conflict arise, you may cancel your registration with full refund up to 10 business days prior to the conference or October 28th, 2019. After that date, refunds are not possible. You must put your cancellation in writing to the WBBA offices directly at info@wbba.org.
