The grounds feature 2 separate homes. The Speckled Hen Inn main house is 5,500 sqft and features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms located at 5525 Portage Rd. The smaller home is 1,500 sqft and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and is currently utilized as the Owner’s Quarters located at 5523 Portage Rd.

The entire property boasts a 1,600+ sqft barn, gazebo, shed, orchard, and agricultural fields all nestled on 18.52 acres of zoned Rural Mixed-Use land.
